Day 16 of #ITAdvent. #Microsoft is now working on #Contact Unification across Outlook and Teams. Currently, when you create a contact in Microsoft Teams, it's not accessible in Outlook while vice versa this is not the case. I don't know whether this is something I miss; I never make contacts in #Teams and always in #Outlook (#Mail4Life! ). But I can see how the expectation is that contacts in both clients are interchangeable. This feature will begin rolling out in mid-December 2023 and complete by late January 2024.
